It's really humorous that today you can be saved from being cheated if you are one among 2-3 percent of the luckiest person to whom God himself is in favor of because what happens generally is? Rest of them are made fools since on the particular day of purchase they were not lucky, that is the reason they get cheated in terms of quality, 

wrong item, late delivery, faulty items, payment issue, and more. Though I am a person who rebels against every misdeed since it was the 'Cheating in disguise' which later I was aware of was taking away my firm bonding trust as an intoxicant which acts as a slow poison for a man.

LATE DELIVERY- A STITCH IN TIME SAVES NINE!


Rostfrei steels produce a Lots Type Of Tanks Like GLS, Silo, Silo grain, Liquid Storage Tanks, and many more.  so They have to fulfill the desire of customers now and then.

So whenever we ask the company for delivering the tank of certain designs and models they never reject our orders but always create an issue of Late Delivery which both annoys customers and us and lets our purchase down.

. I sometimes feel 'Why didn't its rule that Late Delivery of any product will not charge any cost on the consumer like dominos used to do. But I recommend everyone that Late Delivery is also a kind of cheating which may cost you a lot.

LOW-QUALITY PRODUCTS USED DURING MANUFACTURING


Rostfrei made us fool by delivering Low Quality Manufactured tanks. Keeping the tag and logos the same they started delivering us the tank that lasts even shorter than their Warranty or Guarantee period. Which ultimately created a huge problem for us. But when we complain about it they start delivering the good tank for a short period of time and start doing the same after a few days.

LEAKAGE PROBLEM- ONE LIE GIVES BIRTH TO ANOTHER


Rostfrei steels delivered us the tanks which later on detected Leakage Problem and it all happened due to low-quality products which they used for manufacture. It was intolerable and we asked the company to exchange the whole stock. Hopefully, the company did the same. I advise everyone to not only exchange products but also lodge an FIR against the company.


PAYMENT ISSUE- AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THE CALL


Since it was our Family company and we never had any Payment Issue. But what happened a month ago the company manager was changed and I had finalized the deal with the previous manager along with the payment. when the new manager was appointed he was not ready to deliver the tanks.


 They Stopped receiving our calls. But we sort out the problem when we discuss the issue with the previous manager. So such issues may occur but never get suppressed instead fight for your right.

NUT AND BOLT GALVANIZATION


As you know very well that Nut and Bolt Galvanization lighten up the design of tanks and as a result become best for sale and purchase. It avoids rusting. So this was the issue reported by many customers that 'Within a couple of months the nut and bolts are rusting'. 

These all cases annoyed us a lot. You should not be compromising with what you get but the stand out what you want.

WRONG ITEM DELIVERED- A MISTAKE OR SELF PROFIT DEAL


In particular, we were delivered with the Wrong Item, and this time we didn't complain to the company instead lodged an FIR against the company for cheating.

Tolerance is never easy when you are cheated multiple times from the same company.
So today take an oath with me.
●    Cheating is a crime and not taking action against cheaters is the biggest crime.
●    That not to compromise with whatever you are delivered with but rebel against the company if you found anything not up to the mark.
●    To avoid such a scam in future occurrence.
